Shipping.
After you place your order, we will locate the warehouse closest to you that has the items in stock. To make certain you receive all the items you ordered as quickly as possible,
we may split your order into multiple packages. When items in your order are closer to you via a drop shipment we will drop ship the respective items directly from our suppliers. We ship the same day payment is received and/or confirmed. Shipping cutoff time is 12:00PM local time. When free shipping is selected either by you the customer or by the fact that you have entered a coupon code or have met a certain criteria to qualify for free shipping Sounds in Music reserves the right to select the shipper and methods used to ship the products purchased.
Payments.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
Return Policy.
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Sounds in Music have a strict RETURN policy for all products. No product shall be able to be returned without a "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) issued by Sounds in Music management. No product(s) will be accepted for return(s) after the 14th day from date of sale. All returns are subject to a ten percent restocking fee(10%), all returned mouthpieces are also subject to a ten dollar ($10) sterilization fee.
